Discount Bank Campus

Discount Leasing is establishing the Discount Bank Campus, together with Mercantile Company. The campus is located in Complex 1000 in Rishon Lezion and is one of the first projects in the complex.
Beyond the challenge of the project in its dimensions and complexity, the entire planning phase was carried out in a planning center that BPM managed through the model managers and systems coordinators.
BPM provided solutions, work processes and collaborations from the models, the entire information system of the models is shared with the client for outputting and inserting data back into the models.

Management of the planning center for all the different planning teams.
Establishment and management of the collaborative system for all models.
Planning control in VR in the planning center.
Creation of BIM work processes for all planners and all project phases.
Setting clear BIM goals and controlling them.
Monitoring the modeling and content of the information and its distribution to the entire planning and management team.
Coordination of systemic solutions with operational and maintenance thinking.
