BSR 1K

BSR, known for the construction of special projects throughout the country and in central areas, decided to phase the project program in a full BIM environment and with a clear vision for BIM achievements for the project.

The 1K project in Rishon LeZion includes two 25-story office towers,
containing about 70,000 square meters of employment space, a 3-story pavilion above a commercial floor, and parking basements.

The project, as part of the 1000 Complex in Rishon LeZion, is strategically located near the main train station, Moshe Dayan, the Red Line station of the Tramway, and adjacent to the Ayalon Highway.
