About the project
The project combines residential towers, commercial and employment areas, and extensive development areas. The work in models combines both repetition and design complexity.
As a consultant responsible for model management and system coordination in the Lod Ben Shemen project, BPM provided solutions and work processes to enable all teams to maximize efficiency and utilization of the models.
The BPM team is responsible for the Lod Ben Shemen project for
Establishing and managing the collaborative system for all models in BIM360
Creating BIM work processes for all planners and all project phases
Setting BIM goals according to the requirements of the developer and project management
Working closely with the various consultants to develop an optimal collaborative model
Coordinating system solutions while thinking operationally and maintaining
