Matam East Haifa Phase B & C

Gav-Yam is establishing an advanced high-tech park in Haifa and through the Matam East building, is establishing the cutting edge of this park.

As a consultant responsible for managing the model and coordinating the systems in this project, BPM provided solutions and work processes already in the schematic stages in order to take into account all the possible challenges in managing a model of such a project.

The execution process, which ran parallel to the planning processes, challenged the model management and systems coordination team to deliver products to the field.

The BPM team provides in the Matam East Haifa project

Establishing and managing the collaborative system for all models
Creating BIM work processes for all planners and all project stages
Setting clear BIM goals and controlling them
Monitoring the modeling and content of the information and distributing it to the entire planning and management team
Coordinating system solutions with an operational and maintenance mindset
Managing internal projects in a building such as APPLE
