Mount Zion Hotel is a unique Jerusalem property in an attractive location with spectacular views of the Ben Hnum Valley, the Tower of David and Mount Zion. The hotel is located within walking distance of Jerusalem’s cultural, historical and religious centers.
The hotel currently has 137 rooms, shops, restaurants, a spa, a health club, event and conference halls, a swimming pool, open spaces and a museum, spread over 13 dunams, with a total built-up area of approximately 11,600 square meters. The group acquired the hotel along with the rights to build an additional 22,500 square meters of above-ground space and to establish a 15,000 square meter underground parking garage.
The Azrieli Group has begun work on renovating the hotel, restoring and preserving some of the existing buildings on the property and exercising the building rights to expand the hotel to 341 rooms and 220 parking spaces.
As the consultant responsible for managing the model and coordinating the systems in this project, BPM aims to influence the planning stages:
