Galei Tchelet Hotel

Shbiro is building the Gali Tekhelet Hotel with full BIM planning.
The hotel is located in Herzliya Pituach on Gali Tekhelet Road, the complex is divided into two parts:
A 144-room hotel located on an area of ​​4 dunams, the hotel is defined as level A.
Private open areas with an affinity for public use together with hotel guests, all over 4 dunams.
The vision: To strive to manage the entire life cycle of the Gali Tekhelet Hotel project together with all participating parties.
As the consultant responsible for managing the model and coordinating the systems in this project, BPM aims to influence the planning stages:

Improving the quality of planning
Transparency of information between all planning parties
Managing the uniform source of information
Improving communication within the planning team

Thus shortening the project schedules and reducing RFI during construction.
